One Ticket, three sea adventures – for curious families and little explorers!

Discover the marine world of the Portorož & Piran destination with a single ticket that opens the door to three experiences full of natural wonders, knowledge, and inspiration. What does the Sea & Discover Family Pass include?

One-time entry for the entire family (2 adults and up to 3 children) to:

• Piran Aquarium: Dive into the underwater world of the northern Adriatic and meet its most mysterious inhabitants – from colorful fish to starfish and crabs.
• Shell and Snail Museum Piran: Marvel at over 4,000 species of shells, snails, and other sea treasures from all over the world. A unique collection that amazes both children and adults.
• Morigenos – the dolphin centre: Learn about the lives of dolphins in the Slovenian sea through interactive exhibits and fascinating stories from researchers who study them.
• Mestna Kavarna Piran: Each family member can choose a treat – a scoop of ice cream or a coffee.

Opening Hours:

Piran Aquarium: Open daily, including holidays, from 10:00 to 20:00. Last entry 20 minutes before closing.

Shell and Snail Museum Piran:

• April 1 – May 31: 11:00 – 17:00 (Closed on Mondays)
• June 1 – September 30: 10:00 – 18:00 (Open daily)
• October 1 – November 30: 11:00 – 17:00 (Closed on Mondays)
• December 1 – March 31: 11:00 – 17:00 (Open on Saturdays, Sundays, school holidays, and public holidays)

Morigenos – the dolphin centre:

• July and August: Open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed on public holidays.
• September to June: Open from Wednesday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed on public holidays.

How to use the ticket?

• Tickets can be purchased online or in person at Tourist Information Centres (Portorož, Piran, Padna).
• If purchased online, you will receive a voucher, which you can show on your phone (a screenshot is enough!) at one of the TICs. There, you will receive the original ticket with 4 stubs.
• At each location, hand in one stub – the staff will add a themed sticker to your ticket.
• Collect all 3 stickers, and head to Mestna Kavarna Piran for a small surprise for the whole family!

Individual Tickets – available at tourist information centres only

Individual tickets can only be purchased in person at Tourist Information Centres (TIC). Visit your nearest TIC, where the friendly staff will assist you in choosing and purchasing the right tickets.
